Anne Nymark
Before we go any further, let me introduce myself and my amazing team.
I grew up in Tampa Bay, and I simply love it here! I live here in Lithia with my husband and have 3 daughters and 6 grandchildren. I have a deep passion for working with state and local charitable organizations, helping those in need, which led to me being recognized by The House of Representatives and Hillsborough County for my "unmatched devotion to others".
Before I became a Realtor®, I owned and operated a Public Accounting Firm for over 30 years, so I have a mind for business and numbers which I use to negotiate aggressively for my clients whether they are buying or selling. I see the potential of spaces in a unique way and, as a mother, I’m always thinking about how spaces can grow with you and your family and as a business owner, I think of how will this property help you meet your goals.
I pride myself on delivering results for my clients and I am extremely proud of the talents and skills my team brings to our community. But it’s about so much more than just closing a deal for me; it’s personal. I’m highly invested in ensuring my clients have my undivided attention and get what they need. I carefully limit the number of clients I work with at a given time, and have the best support team in the business to help back me up.
When I’m not working, I continue to remain involved in community and nurture my love of helping to make a difference in Tampa Bay.

Jane Frank
I grew up in Missouri and earned my accounting degree from Northwest Missouri State University. In 2011, I moved to Florida and fell in love with the Tampa area. My favorite part of Tampa is definitely Ybor, especially during parade season. In fact, I’m a pirate in the Krewe of the South Shore Marauders!
My most rewarding job is being “Mom”. I enjoy all the hats I wear being a mother. My 20-year-old son has Angelman Syndrome. His disabilities taught my family humility, gratitude, and strength (for handling the “wig-me-out” moments). Due to his influence, my 23-year-old daughter is now an ESE teacher in Atlanta. Additionally, my krewe commits a lot of time, effort, and fundraising for Angelman Syndrome Foundation, coastal clean up, breast cancer, autism, Special Olympics events, multiple scholarships for graduating high school students, and other community efforts.
In 2014, I embraced my love of Florida by choosing to obtain my Florida real estate license. As an agent, I combine all my strengths, experiences, and education to guide you through one of your biggest purchases/sales of your life. When it comes to helping you sell/buy real estate, I merely help the property sell itself. I present options, then I negotiate the best deal for you and get us all to the closing table as gracefully and expediently as possible.
Denah Butts
Like Anne, I grew up in Tampa Bay. With a love of adventure, I traveled the states and lived in a few, but ultimately returned. Today I am happy to call Riverview my home and live close to the generations of family I have in the Greater Tampa Area.
I have enjoyed a successful career as a self-employed computer engineer and am now excited to have achieved the education I need to hang my shingle with Anne’s team as a real estate agent. Throughout my career, I won awards for building strong relationships, received many praises in regards to my integrity, and had my negotiating skills groomed by Fortune 500 executives. I love being an entrepreneur and have participated as partner and owner in other successful businesses: a design/build firm, a roofing business, and a martial arts dojo. I personally own a homestead where I breed Dorper sheep and miniature donkeys. Generations of my family own Tampa area real estate for their homes as well as endeavors including cattle ranching, commercial orange groves, beauty salons, mechanic shops, and rental properties. My strong business skills, knack for research, and critical thinking have guided me well through all my business endeavors and will combine to serve you in obtaining your next home or real estate opportunity. Beth Filbrun Benham
I was born in Michigan to a family of five girls and today I am the proud mother of three sons and two wonderful grandchildren. After graduating high school I attended airline school in Minneapolis, then moved to Washington, DC where I lived and worked for several years before moving to Riverview, Florida.
I enjoy trying on different hats when meeting my drive to be of service to others. Over the years, I’ve worked with Not-for-Profit companies as Director of Administration & HR, Accounts Administrator, and Office Manager. I also find fulfillment volunteering with homeless and Veteran outreach.
I started my real estate career with Coldwell Banker Residential. Today, I’m proud to hang my real estate shingle with Signature Realty Associates as a member of Anne Nymark’s team. I am eager to put my superior communications skills to work for you – sellers, buyers, and mortgage lenders alike.
