Regalia Beach Developers LLC of North Miami Beach has partnered with celebrity olfactory specialist 12.29 to offer the buyers of the $29 million Beach House at Regalia the gift of their own custom “scent identity.” 12.29 has created scents for Valentino, Patek Philippe, Nike, Mercedes-Benz and Lady Gaga.
