Tampa Bay condo, townhome prices rise slightly
Sales of Tampa Bay condos and townhomes dropped nearly 7 percent in June compared to the same month a year ago while prices inched up 2.2 percent to a median of $161,000, Florida Realtors reported this week. Statewide, the median price rose 7.5 percent to $190,000 as sales increased slightly more than 1 percent. The Fort Walton Beach area of the Panhandle continued to have the top median price for condos and townhomes, $350,000, rising more than 10 percent compared to June 2017.
